Part-Time Store Supervisor

Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily store operations and maintain store standards
• Ensure products are displayed attractively and in an organized manner
• Open and close the store
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns
• Manage sales targets and monitor inventory levels
• Ensure staff adherence to company policies and procedures
• Conduct staff training and development

Requirements:

• Previous retail experience preferred
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Flexibility to work weekends and evenings

This role is 20 hours per week, paying £13.10 per hour.
