Retail Store Supervisor

We are looking for a Retail Store Supervisor to join our team on a 20 hour contract, with some overtime available.

Pay: £13.10 per hour

Contract: 20 hours per week.

About the Role

As a Retail Store Supervisor, you will play a key role in the day-to-day running of the store, supporting the team and helping to deliver a great experience for our customers.

Day to day tasks

• Opening and closing the store

• Supervise daily operations

• Visual merchandising - ensuring products are attractively displayed

• Customer service

• Manage sales targets

What We Are Looking For

• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends

• Previous retail experience, or experience of working in a fast paced environment

• A reliable, hands-on approach and a positive attitude

• Good communication skills

• Leadership skills

Desirable

• Some experience of managing or leading a small team
